NYC - Part 1

I've done so much traveling this year that it's kinda passed by in a blur, not the actual travel parts but the year itself. I love having my blog to write so that I can remind myself to sit down, look through my pictures and remember how awesome it all was. I can't believe it's mid July already and I'm sure that one of the reasons it still feels like spring to me is England's terrible attempt at summer, so far this year I'm pretty sure I've only seen the sun in other countries!

One of those other countries was America. I was last in the U. S of A in 2009 and I've been itching to go back ever since. Regular readers of my blog will know that it's taken three years of flying practice (not exactly the worst thing to have to practice!) but Nick got on a long haul flight in May and we headed for NYC.

We look super tired there & Nick does't look overly impressed...I think this was probably the eight zillionth photo I'd taken on the plane!

After landing, waiting for THREE hours to go through passport control at JFK, and then getting the train / subway to the hotel we used the Happy Cow App to find the nearest place we could grab a quick bite to eat. We picked Two Boots Pizza. I'd never been there before and we didn't realise until we arrived that this was a Cajun pizza place! In our dazed state we even forgot to ask for the mild sauce. Rookie mistake!

The pizza was definitely good, I loved the thin crust, the melty Daiya cheese, and the amount of toppings but it was way way too hot for me. This was easily rectified though, we swung by Whole Foods & picked up a jar of Veganaise which I proceeded to slather all over my leftover slices in our hotel room before falling asleep in a jet lagged food coma. Brilliant.

The next morning we woke up bright and early at 5:30 am and after a walk around the LES we ended up in Soho at s'Nice for an awesome breakfast of tofu cream cheese bagels and muffins.

Banana Chocolate Chip

Apple

I love s'Nice, I stayed right by their West Village location back in '09 and I ate breakfast there almost every day. This time we only made it there once but the muffins were perfect and you really can't beat an everything bagel with cream cheese.

After breakfast we headed uptown to be mega tourists! These are two of the views from the Top of The Rock, the observation deck at the Rockefeller Centre.

I was a little sceptical about this at first, I'd been up the Empire State Building before and at $25 each it seemed kinda expensive, but, it was TOTALLY worth it! I loved being able to see so much of NYC and we were really lucky to be able to go up there on such a clear day. We must've spent two hours running around Ooh-ing and Aah-ing at the sights & taking a million photos. I'd totally go up there again!

After getting sunburnt faces we headed to Central Park to find some shade before our brunch booking at Candle 79. We sat under a tree watching people attempting to row boats for about an hour, it was hilarious and we were both surprised at the amount of people trying to row the boat backwards. I doubt we'd have been any better at it though!

I'd been wanting to eat at Candle 79 for years and as brunch is my favourite meal of the day we decided to make this booking before we left the UK so that we didn't miss out.

We're both lovers of sweet brunch food so I ordered the Homestyle Quinoa Pancakes with seasonal fruit, strawberry butter and gingered maple syrup.

...and Nick ordered the Mixed Grain Waffles with bananas, candies pecans, strawberry butter and gingered maple syrup.

We ended up swapping these as soon as they hit the table because my pancakes came with banana and Nicks waffles had the seasonal fruit but even after that tactical swap all I have to say is, meh. I don't really know what else to say about our brunch at Candle! The waffles and pancakes were both pretty flavourless, I make much better versions of both at home and for $13 I was expecting something a little more high quality than plain fruit dumped onto bland food. We also ordered a side of the Sausage to share and both thought that it tasted like cheap Bolognese. On top of the not so great food we thought the whole place was super stuffy, I know, it's on the Upper East Side, but I've been to fancy places plenty of times and I know for a fact that it's possible to be upscale without being stuffy. Overall I was not impressed with Candle 79 & I doubt I'd go back.

That night after more walking & sightseeing we had dinner at one of my favourite NYC places, Pukk. The pictures I took were THE WORST though so no photos...checking back on my last blog post about Pukk it seems that there were no photos then either so I'm going to blame it on their mood lighting not my photography skills!

We ordered the Chicken Nugget to share to start with followed by the Pad See Ew (my favourite from last time) and the Gravy Tofu. The Pad See Ew is still my favourite dish at Pukk, I love big thick noodles, their sweet black bean sauce is excellent & anything that comes with a tonne of broccoli is a winner in my book. We both loved the Chicken Nugget starter which was a plate of four fried chicken balls rather than what I'd usually think of as a nugget and whilst the Gravy Tofu was pretty good I'm not sure I'd order it again.

After dinner we went for another walk around the neighbourhood and took advantage of one of my favourite NYC things, late night ice cream. I'm sure I've mentioned it before but one of the things I hate about England (with the exception perhaps of Central London) is that aside from proper sit down restaurants everywhere closes at 6pm, earlier on a Sunday. It's ridiculous that you can't get coffee, cake. ice cream or a sandwich here after dark! It limits evening socialising to pubs which I think is a massive part of what's wrong with British culture....anyway, rant over, back to ice cream!

I love Lula's Sweet Apothecary & this time around I got a scoop of Rocky Road in a cone. It was a ridiculously sweet icy treat and it really hit my dessert sweet spot!

One of the other awesome things about Lula's (aside from the lovely staff, delicious ice cream & late opening hours) is that they sell all sorts of delicious treats like Go Max bars, Sweet & Sara S'mores and these amazing Peanut Butter Pit Bull chocolate bars.

I didn't actually devour this until we got home (yeah, I kinda lost it in our ever-growing selection of bags!) and it was honestly the hardest thing I've ever had to share. I almost hid it (in my belly!) from Nick but that would have just been mean...if he wasn't vegan too it would've been an entirely different story! This was the most amazing chocolate bar I've ever had the pleasure of eating, made by Rescue Chocolate every penny of the profits goes to animal rescue groups, something I can definitely get down with, and OMG this is GREAT chocolate. Crispy peanut butter enrobed with sweet chocolate, perfection. If you get the chance to pick one of these up please don't be put off by the almost $6 price tag. I promise it'll be worth it.

After another amazing nights sleep in the worlds comfiest bed we woke up early again, ate Whole Foods blueberry muffins in bed...

...and headed downtown to take a ride on the Staten Island Ferry.

We had so much fun & I managed not to throw up, yay! Have I mentioned that I'm bad with boats?! After feeling the wind in our hair on the water we hopped on the subway & headed over to Brooklyn... but that's a whole 'nother blog post!

Back in Brighton

Since I last blogged I've been on two seriously amazing trips, in May me & Nick flew to New York City, spent a few days there and then road tripped to Chicago via a whole load of other cool places. I was desperate to talk about this on the blog and on Twitter before we went but because of Nicks (now diminishing!) fear of flying we had to keep it on the DL incase my excitement freaked him out! In June we went to Millencolin Fest in Örebro, Sweden to see one of my favourite bands and then we spent a few days in Stockholm eating & sightseeing. Both trips were amazing and they are also the only times I've seen sun this summer! England is failing pretty epically at summer this year and we've pretty much just had constant rain, flooding, and more rain.

I have done some cool stuff since I've been back though including trying to eat all of Redwood Foods new products! They brought out frozen pizzas...

...which come in three flavours, Cheezly & Tomato (my favourite), Ham Style & Pineapple and Meatless Feast (Nicks Favourite). I've been eating my Cheezly & Tomato pizzas with added Yves Bologna, my new favourite American mock meat product. These pizzas are pretty small but I quite like that, it means I can justify eating them more often and they fit in my overstuffed freezer much easier than a huge pizza would! They remind me of the kind of crap supermarket pizzas I lived of as a 17 year old and they make a good, lazy, can't be bothered to cook, meal.

Whilst the pizzas are awesome I think the star of Redwood Foods new product range is their pack of two Gourmet Fish Style Steaks.

Nick cooked these for dinner one night when we were craving fish & chips and they were just perfect. I've never eaten anything veggie that so closely resembles fish before. The light crispy crumb coating is perfect even when the steaks are cooked in the oven and the fish inside is perfectly tender and actually kinda falls apart in flakes. These are melt in your mouth delicious and if you haven't yet you should run, not walk, run, to your nearest health food store and buy at least two packs of these.

Whilst I do love to travel I also love Brighton. I always feel sad towards the end of any trip because I don't want the fun to end but knowing that I get to come back to Brighton makes that feeling go away a little quicker than I think it would if I lived somewhere else. Since I've been back I've enjoyed sitting on the beach at dusk...

...eating Boho Gelato (this is my latest favourite flavour, Hazelnut Coffee)...

...catching a midnight screening of Ghost World, seeing some rad shows (Dan Andriano & Brendan Kelly at The Albert, Lightyear at The Haunt and Less Than Jake at The Concorde) and trying out the awesome new vegan food at the Churchill Square Market.

The Churchill Square Market on a Wednesday is probably the closest thing Brighton has to a Farmers Market and it's recently gotten a whole lot more vegan friendly thanks to the wonderful couple running Yum Tum Sushi.

Josh & Rose, the brains behind Yum Tum, make healthy, homemade sushi with flavours sure to tantalise your tastebuds. You can buy either individual pieces of sushi for 50p - 70p or a sushi lunchbox for £4.50.

Yum Tum Sushi are almost entirely vegan, they currently have one clearly labelled non-vegan item which will shortly be getting veganised as they're planning to replace the egg with a tofu/agar mixture. Yay!

I decided to go for the lunchbox so that I could try a bit of everything.

The lunchbox was a great choice and the guys behind Yum Tum sure aren't wrong when they say that they're offering a whole new sushi experience. I love their wakame seaweed salad with pickled cucumber and miso, it's seriously delicious & I think I could probably just eat a whole box of it for lunch every day quite happily! The beetroot, basil and black pepper maki roll with a cashew crumble was perfect both in taste and texture but my favourite roll was probably their butternut squash, tarragon and orange powder maki. Their wasn't a poorly chosen flavour combo in the whole box but I have to say that however hard I try I'll never be the biggest fan of sweet bean paste!

I'll definitely be grabbing lunch from Yum Tum Sushi in the future and you should too.

I was already pretty happy to have discovered a new vegan option in Brighton so imagine my delight when I spotted this sign in front of the stall next door.

A Taste of Dreams are an organic cake company from Glynde in East Sussex and last Wednesday they had two vegan cakes to choose from. A Toffee Apple slice...

... and an Apple & Maple cake.

I went for the Toffee Apple slice and it was delicious, it was gooey, sticky and sweet with a nice crunch from the nutty topping. I will definitely be checking out the Taste of Dreams stall at the market again, especially at those prices!

In other good Brighton based news, Infinity Foods now have Jokerz bars back in stock alongside the Cleo's!

And in other good Jojo based news I'm going to Vida Vegan Con 2013!!

I am seriously SO freaking happy! I wish it was tomorrow! I've had 'Visit Portland' on my 30 before 30 list since 2009 and as the big 3-0 is coming up next June this seemed like the perfect opportunity. I can't wait to see old friends, to meet the many wonderful bloggers I've 'known' for years but never met and to meet new awesome people. I'm also excited about waffle sandwiches, workshops, Homegrown Smoker and midnight Voodoo Donuts. I think Portland might just be the place my dreams are made of!

Obviously I have a LOT of travel posts to write & get up on the blog soon, from fun times with friends in Barcelona to epic New York City eats and more so I'll be seeing you real soon!

A fun weekend...

I spent Friday afternoon baking cupcakes for the Brighton Pro-Choice fundraiser at The Cowley Club.

I made Bourbon Biscuit & Raspberry Sweetie cupcakes. The Raspberry Sweetie cakes are topped with chopped Strawberry Pencils and pink sugar. I love how sparkly they are! Operation Icing has recently been baking for various local feminist events but I am still selling not-for-profit cupcakes through the website. This summer I'm going to start selling cakes in boxes of 6 rather than just 12, hopefully this'll make them more affordable for people as I know buying a batch of 12 cupcakes isn't something people can do very often.

This weekends Brighton Pro-Choice fundraiser was called Riot For Choice and we served food & showed films from 7-9, had spoken word performances & bands from 9-12 (Check out Caitlin's performance poetry on You Tube, she blows my mind with her awesomeness!) and then there was a DJ 'till 2am.

We made a meal of tapas which I was too busy serving to take a picture of! The kitchen crew made six dishes including Dal, Beetroot Soup, a rice & aubergine dish, Patatas Bravas, and a 'threesome' of roasted vegetables. Each plate cost £4 and came with free bread, you could choose from Paratha, Pitta, Rye Sunflower, Khobez or Chapati. Everyone seemed really into the food even though we ended up serving it a little late!

It was a super long but super fun day (how could an event with free candy floss be bad?!) which ended with my friends Nick, Caitlin & I washing up at 2am after the boiler had broken! Thankfully those guys are so awesome that it was somehow kinda fun & not a craptastic end to a great night!

I spend Saturday night with my BFF's Sal, Kip & Holley at Holley's house for her turn at fake Come Dine With Me!

To start she made a wonderful Leek & Potato Soup with Homemade Bread.

This was delicious & even came with a fancy swirl of cream, very impressive Holley!

Her main course sounded incredibly fancy...

...somehow Holley managed to make Smash (packet potato flakes), a Fry's chicken burger, gravy and spring greens sound, look and taste fancy! I don't know how she did it! Smash* is kinda a running joke between us and we were all amused and excited that someone finally served it!
*Smash has always been vegan but looking at their site it seems that they are in the process of changing the ingredients & adding milk. Check the ingredients of your Smash or buy Sainsburys own brand Potato Flakes to recreate this tasty meal at home in minutes!

Dessert was a huge chocolate brownie, vanilla Swedish Glace ice cream sprinkled with cinder toffee and chocolate dipped strawberries.

This was another excellent plate of food. Chocolate dipped strawberries, brownies and cinder toffee are three of my favourite dessert items and a trio of desserts is a winning way to end any meal.

The whole night was made extra awesome by the fabulous company, Holley's amazing slideshow of pictures of us having 'all of the fun', hula hooping on the roof (a skill I didn't know I had!) and Kieran's awesome vegan White Russians. 10 out of 10 lady!

Today has been spent writing, dying my hair, baking banana bread & sorting through my pictures from Barcelona...hopefully I'll manage to get a blog post or three about that trip up soon.

Groezrock Festival.

Last weekend Nick & I borrowed his dad's camper van & headed for Belgium. After last years disappointing experience at Groezrock we weren't sure whether to go back this year or not. The line up looked awesome as ever (Rancid, Anti-Flag, Bouncing Souls, Good Riddance, Hot Water Music, The Copyrights, Alkaline Trio, Lagwagon, Reel Big Fish, Motherfucking Refused!!) but remembering how annoyed we were at having to miss bands to trek to the van last year just so that we could eat and thinking back to having to buy crappy corporate water or bad beer was off-putting. After the festival last year I tweeted at & e-mailed the festival organisers to see what could be done about fixing the veggie food situation and after not hearing back from them I assumed that nothing was going to change...that was until we saw on Twitter that Just Like Your Mom catering were going to be there.

Just Like Your Mom are a vegan catering company who work closely with Alpro Soya to provide vegan food for festivals, events and touring bands. We knew they'd been catering for bands backstage at the festival last year (so close but yet so far!) and we were really really excited that we'd be able to eat this year. We booked out festival tickets immediately!

On arriving in the festival arena on Saturday morning we lined up to buy our food & drink tickets and then went in search of Just Like Your Mom. We spotted the stall with its large vegan food sign but they weren't open yet & there was no way to tell what they'd be selling...mysterious!

Their stall opened at 12 and when we went back there are 11.45 there was already a line, I was really happy to see that other people at the festival were excited about vegan food!

Once they opened their doors the crowd were visibly excited and soon it became obvious why. They had loads of Alpro Soya products for sale including Speculoos Soya Desserts and flavoured milks, Wheaty Chorizo Spacebars & a menu of delicious sounding hot food.

My eyes were immediately draw towards these delicious looking cupcakes. Chocolate with a whipped cream topping, a caramel swirl & chocolate chips. These were soft & muffin like and the frosting wasn't overly sweet meaning that they made an excellent breakfast. I couldn't believe what an improvement this was on last years sad (read, non-existent) veggie catering effort. Cupcakes at a festival! Amazing!!

There were loads of excellent savoury food options to choose from and we got started with some mock chicken nuggets...

...these crispy Alpro Soya nuggets came with a delicious homemade garlic dressing. They were perfectly crisp and to be served a homemade dressing at a festival instead of cheap ketchup was excellent.

Nick opted for a sausage roll...

...these seemed homemade which was brilliant and although I only got to take one bite (these were sold out when I went back to get my own!) I can safely say they it was delicious, perfectly soft flaky pastry encasing a delicious sausage, what more could you ask for?!

Last year at Groezrock the only beer for sale was Jupiler which although vegan isn't the kind of beer I like meaning that I stuck to soft drinks. This year Groezrock also had a 'Special Beer' section of the bar which sold Hoegaarden and my new favourite vegan beer, Hoegaarden Rosée. This sweet, unfiltered, low alcohol beer is perfect for a cider lover like me & I was happy to be able to spend my drink tickets on something nice. Unfortunately a bit of internet research tells me that this beer's only available in Benelux which I guess just means I need to plan more trips to those countries!

The next day Nick & I headed straight for the Just Like Your Mom stand for breakfast. We were contemplating more nuggets or sausage rolls but once we spotted these we quickly changed our mind!

These flaky chocolatey croissants were a great way to start the day. Also, vegan croissants at a festival is kind of ridiculous...ridiculously awesome! After catching Anti Flag's acoustic set we got back in line for more food and I finally tried a burger.

There were three burgers to choose from, the Crispy Burger, the Veggie Burger and the Eastern Burger. I chose the Crispy Burger and was very pleased to find that it was coated with a very similar crispy breading as the nuggets.

The Crispy Burger came on a soft warm bun with a great salad and the same garlic dressing as the nuggets.

Nick stuck with his festival favourite, the Veggie Burger.

This soyabean burger was filled with sweetcorn, carrot, peppers & onion and also came on a soft warm bun with a good salad.

Yet again we were incredibly impressed with the quality of Just Like Your Mom's food, these guys aren't like any other festival caterers I've ever encountered. The burgers came with two types of salad leaves, red onion, tomato, cucumber and grated carrot. The bread seemed freshly baked too & was nothing like the usual long-life-rock-hard crap I remember getting served at festivals as an omnivore many years ago. I really really hope that Just Like Your Mom will be at Groezrock next year...judging by the huge line at the stand every time we tried to grab food I'd say that they were super popular.

This year there's no doubt in my mind that we'll be revisiting Groezrock festival next year, wanna come?!

Come Dine With Me.

This Saturday two of my bff's Sal & Kip came over for my turn at our Come Dine With Me challenge. If you haven't heard of Come Dine With Me it's a UK television show where 4 people each take turns at cooking the others a three course meal. Everyone gives the chef a score out of 10 and at the end of the four dinners the winner wins £1000...now there's no £1000 up for grabs here and we've been slacking off at the scoring each other part too but it's a great excuse to get together for a fancier-than-usual dinner!

To start I whipped up the Chesapeake Tempeh Cakes from Vegan Brunch.

I love these, the crispy panko, steamed tempeh and nori make a perfect sea cake and I'm officially in love with the caper filled remoulade; I did quarter the amount of hot sauce though! If you don't have Vegan Brunch yet you should really get a copy but in the meantime the lovely Isa has put the recipe for these tempeh cakes up here.

For the main course I pulled out my copy of Vegan Diner and decided to make both the Barbecued Seitan Ribz and the Cheesy Mac.

The recipe for the Barbecued Seitan Ribz originally comes from the blog Fat Free Vegan Kitchen & I've made them once before, during Vegan MoFo on Football Food Sunday. They were so good then that I made them again but this time with more barbecue sauce and a different Mac & Cheese. The Cheezy Mac from Vegan Diner has become my very favourite Mac & Cheese recipe. It's so easy to make because you pretty much just need to mix everything together in your blender before heating it through in a pan to thicken it. It's also insanely delicious thanks to the smoked paprika and I think the consistency is spot on.

I was a little unsure what veg to serve with a meal like this but Coleslaw seemed to fit. I'd actually never eaten a coleslaw that I liked before Saturday so I'm pretty happy with my made-up-on-the-spot 'recipe'.

To make the coleslaw I just grated 1/3 of a red cabbage, 1/3 of a white cabbage and two medium carrots. I then mixed all of my grated veg together in a bowl with 4 TBS of Plamil Mayonnaise, 1 TBS of Wholegrain Mustard and a little salt & pepper. Easy.

Dessert was the course I was most excited about making and serving to my guests. I made my favourite fancy dessert, the Silken Chocolate Mousse Cake from My Sweet Vegan, and garnished it with a deep fried Oreo cookie!

The Mousse Cake is probably my favourite dessert to make because it's super easy and you don't even need to turn on your oven! It has an almond meal base and the mousse is made with silken tofu, about a tonne of melted chocolate chips and corn syrup to sweeten it. I've never found corn syrup here so I used a mixture of brown rice syrup, agave and golden syrup. I've spotted deep fried Oreo's on non-vegan blogs before & I've been wanting to try them myself for a long time. I decided that this was the perfect opportunity because being left alone with a packet of Oreo's and my deep fryer would probably just end with me feeling really sick!

To make these I mixed up a quick light batter from 1/3 cup soda water, 1/3 cup plain white flour and a pinch of salt & pepper. I then dredged the Oreo cookies in the mixture and popped them into the deep fat fryer until the batter turned golden brown. The trick to stop them sticking to the fryer basket is to put them in sideways not flat and to jiggle them with a spoon a couple of seconds after they hit the oil.

The cookies got all warm and melty in the middle and I really really wished that I had had room for a second one. It was such a fun evening, these ladies (and Nick of course) never fail to make me laugh and if I do say so myself the food was pretty great!

I'm off to Barcelona tomorrow morning to spend a week eating & sightseeing with my awesome lady friends Melanie & Carmen. I'm SO excited! I've just realised that we're staying almost next door to this amazing looking vegan bakery so expect loads of cake pictures soon!

Vegan Gelato in Brighton.

***UPDATE***

I just received a comment from the lovely Ellie that the sorbets at Gelato Gusto probably aren't vegan. They use a base for their sorbets called Pre-Gel which may not be vegan. Ellie spoke to the manager and was told that he's not sure if the sorbets are vegan. I have an e-mail from the manager at Gelato Gusto telling me that the sorbets are vegan and I'll be super disappointed if they lied to me.

There's a new gelato spot in town! Gelato Gusto opened a couple of weeks ago right on the corner of Gardner Street, at the Bond Street end. Gardner Street is already a vegan mecca with Vegetarian Shoes, the Infinity Foods shop and cafe and I's Pies so this new spot is just making my favourite street even more awesome.

I dropped them an email & was pleased to hear back from the owner who told me that they're planning to have vegan sorbet options every day which will include flavours such as Mango, Lemon, Kibana (Kiwi Banana) and Mojito. They're also planning to make a chocolate gelato and a soy based gelato in the coming weeks. As soon as I heard back from them I went down there to cheek it out, the space is lovely bright & airy and there was a queue out of the door. They had Berry, Kibana & Mango sorbet to chose from & I picked the Mango.

This was a great sorbet, really creamy . I'm really looking forward to trying their chocolate soy gelato & I peek through the window to look for it every time I walk past. There's nowhere in Brighton to get locally made vegan ice cream yet & if it's good I think it'll be super popular...I'll update you guys when it gets here!

Boho Gelato are quickly becoming a Brighton institution and I headed there over the weekend to check out the Food Festival flavours. Each flavour was inspired by and included products from other local companies.

They had six vegan sorbets to choose from... 'Seductress' Martini, Purple Haze, Strawberry, Basil & Black Pepper...

...Myzo (Vanilla Vodka, Lemon, Elderflower & Chilli), Middle Farm Cider and WJ King Blonde Beer & Lime.

After much deliberation I chose the flavour inspired by one of my other favourite Brighton eateries, Pizza Face.

This Strawberry, Basil & Black Pepper sorbet was truly excellent, the basil was perfectly blended into the strawberry sorbet and the black pepper was really subtle & just left a slight tingle at the back of the throat. The other brilliant thing about Boho Gelato, as I've mentioned before, is that they have vegan cones! I love a good cone, they make eating gelato even more fun!

Whilst we're talking about Pizza Face have you tried their Vegan Meathead yet?

It's Nicks favourite! My favourite is the Ham & Pineapple which comes with sour cream, I thought that sounded a little strange at first but it's so damn good. The only problem is that I'm kinda allergic to pineapple (even though I love it) so I usually swap it for mushrooms! We both love that you can order a tub of Boho Gelato sorbet from them with your pizza order.

Last time we ordered pizza we got a tub of the Mint Chocolate sorbet which is delicious, even Nick likes it & he hates mint! When it runs out I'll be replacing it with some Mojito or, if they have it, my very favourite sorbet, Chocolate & Blood Orange.

So, if you're in Brighton this bank holiday weekend I suggest you hunt down some gelato & if you see the new soya chocolate ice cream at Gelato Gusto lemme know!
